🏃♂️🏃♀️Running is very important so don't remove it from your program. If the Only reason you run though is for calories then you are better off replacing the pattern for something more effective.
👌If you are using a treadmill to burn calories then Supplement the treadmill, or replace it completely with some more complicated light movement patterns instead.
🙌The additional calories burned will add up almost as much as the additional intelligence build between brain and body.
