Next meditation challenge starts Monday morning 5am

Remember, in order to get your meditation badge, you will take part in 5am and 8pm zoom meditation and breath work sessions for 5 consecutive days.


Its Monday tomorrow! Rising up to this challenge will grow your brain, improve your memory, moods and awareness all through strengthening our mental state and ability to imagine.


Its tougher than you think and will change your life. On Friday, given that you have successfully completed all steps, you will get your Mediation Badge assigned to your profile and can move on.


Remember, your goal is to over years, continue collecting the badges as your mind and body progresses through the Primal curriculum.
